(General Commercial Registry No 118689301000, VAT EL999891900, Iroos Matsi & Archeou Theatrou, +30 22920 26719   email: [email protected] operates an online shop at the internet address www.shop.technohull.com  (the “E Shop “), whose offers are aimed exclusively at consumers who make purchases for private purposes. All orders placed by you via the E Shop Website as well as our deliveries and services are governed exclusively by these General Terms and Conditions, as applicable at the time the order is placed. We do not accept any diverging terms and conditions from the customer except where specifically agreed in writing.

The European Commission provides a platform for the out-of-court resolution of disputes (ODR platform), which can be viewed under http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

 Purchase Contracts

  1. Our E-Shop as well as any communication in connection with products purchased via the E Shop Website shall be made in English.
  • Via our E Shop we sell and ship products only within E.U. Should you reside or are domiciled outside EU, and you are interested in purchasing products please contact [email protected].
  • We may limit purchases per customer. Currently limits are 3 goods/order.
  • The goods offered at the E Shop are digital photographs of the actual products. Also, most of the products sold via the E Shop are to a certain extent customized. In light of the above, actual products may differ from those shown on the E Shop. Such differences do not qualify as a defect in the goods ordered. The presentation of products on our E Shop Website does not constitute any offer by Technohull for a purchase contract.
  • By submitting the order form provided on our E Shop to us you are placing a binding offer for a purchase contract with us. You submit an offer by entering all required information during the ordering process and posting the order form to us by using the button  “complete purchase”.  Before you submit your offer you will be able to view the details input by you and correct any mistakes in the information provided.
  • On receipt of your order we will send you by email an order confirmation stating the details of your order. Please note that our order confirmation does not constitute a declaration of acceptance of your contractual offer but serves for information purposes only. A purchase contract between you and Technohull S.A. will become effective only after we have accepted the offer by dispatching the goods ordered. Good must be paid in advance in full and the goods will be dispatched only after the full amount has been credited to our account.
  • Technohull S.A. has the right to refuse any offer without stating a reason, especially if the goods are no longer available or there are legitimate grounds to suspect that the goods purchased via the internet are intended to be resold on a commercial basis. Technohull S.A. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if the order was generated by software, a machine, a crawler, a spider, or other automated web programs or scripted behavior systems or by the use of third-party services used to place the order on your behalf.
  • Please take into account that purchase orders will not be processed during the month of August.

Shipping & dispatch

If readily available, products purchased will be dispatched to you no later than three (3) working days following the day we receive your payment.

Prices & Payment

The prices stated on our E Shop are those applicable at the time of your order.

The prices stated on our E Shop include VAT and exclude shipping charges.

Flat shipping charges apply on all purchases. Currently such shipping charges amount to €8,00 for deliveries within Greece and €22,00 for deliveries outside Greece (within the EU). Should you wish a speediest delivery method, additional charges may apply.

If you ordered several items at the same time, if so, requested by you the products may be delivered at different time. However, in such cases shipping charges shall be payable with each delivery.

Payment can be paid via VIVA.COM

All payments will be handled in Euro.

The customer is barred from a set-off if the counter claim has no legal backing, was not unanimously decided upon, and is not undisputed or if a separate claim for damages is covered in the same sales contract.

Purchase Cancellation – Right to return – Exchanges

You may repeal your purchase contract, return the goods, or request an exchange in size (where available) within 14 days from the day you (or a person assigned by you, e.g. courier) took possession of the goods purchased without having to state a reason.

To enact your right to cancel your purchase contract and / or return an item, you have to inform us, Technohull S.A.  at [email protected], Phone +30 22920 26719, by sending us an explicit declaration stating that you are repealing your contract of purchase as well as details of the respective purchase contract (eg invoice number and product description). You may use this cancellation template; however, it is not mandatory to use this template.

Consequences of Purchase Cancellation – Right to return

If you repeal your purchase contract or otherwise return one or more products, we will refund to you the payment made for the returned goods (excluding shipping costs) immediately and within 14 days at most, following the date we receive in proper condition in accordance with the terms below the product(s) return to us.

The payment method which was used to make the transaction will also be used for the reimbursement, unless we have explicitly agreed to something else. You will not be charged any fees for the reimbursement.

The items have to be sent back to us immediately within the same 14-day period. We do not cover return shipments expenses which shall burden you.

When returning the goods please use their original package to avoid damages. You are only required to compensate us for any loss in value if the loss in value can be traced back to unnecessary handling, which goes beyond the admissible proofing of the condition of the item, its characteristics and functionality.

The right to cancel a purchase order and return a product only applies to unworn, unwashed and defect-free items from which the labels have not been removed. Any loss of value due to wearing, washing or causing other traces of use as well as removal of the safety label, removal/damage of the original packaging, accessories, etc. will result in the return being rejected, as we cannot offer these items for sale again. In this case, the goods will be returned to the customer without reimbursement of the purchase price.

Limitation of the right to cancel a purchase contract and return a product

Purchase contracts for goods customized under your instructions, or goods which have been altered cannot be cancelled.​

Reservations

We reserve the right to regularly review the purchasing and return behavior of our customers. If a return rate of over sixty percent (60%) is determined within a period of up to twelve (12) months, we reserve the right to temporarily or permanently refuse or block future orders at our reasonable discretion.

This measure serves in particular to avoid excessive environmental impact from avoidable transport routes and packaging materials, as well as to optimize the availability and quality of goods.

This does not affect any statutory rights of customers, in particular the right of withdrawal and warranty claims. The exercise of such legally guaranteed rights is neither restricted nor excluded by this provision.

Liability

We are liable as sellers for defects in the products sold by us in accordance with art. 534 of the Greek Civil Code.

Governing law, severability

1. All legal disputes arising out of or in connection with a purchase contract shall be governed exclusively by Greek law to the exclusion of the UN Sales Convention and decided exclusively by the court of the city of Athens.

2. If any provision is invalid, nothing in this shall prejudice the validity of the remaining provisions hereof.
